A resort-style pool and jacuzzi, a fitness center of more than 2,100 sq ft, a café-market in the building, a social room, kids' room, business center and private parking on site.
What comes with each apartment?
Every home has its own balcony and a full-size washer and dryer, plus granite counters, Samsung stainless appliances, a double-door refrigerator, wood-look floors and porcelain-tiled baths. Layouts run from 732 sq ft one-bedrooms to 1,171 sq ft three-bedrooms.
How much is rent?
As of October 13, 2026, base rents start from about $2,400 for a one-bedroom, $2,750 for a one-bedroom plus den, $2,990 for a two-bedroom and $3,800 for a three-bedroom, before fees. Confirmed pricing and any opening specials go to the waitlist first.
What's in the neighborhood?
Downtown 6 sits in the Arts & Entertainment District. Miami Worldcenter's shops and restaurants are steps away, Kaseya Center and Bayside Marketplace are a short walk east, and Museum Park and the bay are close by. Wynwood and Brickell are about ten minutes either way.
How do I get around without a car?
MiamiCentral is two blocks away, with Brightline trains to Fort Lauderdale, Boca, West Palm and Orlando. The free Metromover stops at the corner and loops through Downtown and Brickell.
